Lucyere specializes in crystal LED chandeliers and modern ceiling lighting designed for residential interior spaces, including living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, and entryways.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees are added at checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local business time zone), on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays or external factors.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is currently unavailable. If this changes, updates will be shared on our website.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order, and approved items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Is return shipping free?

Yes, free return shipping is provided for eligible returns. We do not charge restocking fees.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, exchanges are not offered. If eligible, returned items will be refunded to the original payment method.
